Genel koordinatör olarak,

-Projeyi sıfırdan oluşturarak, metin ve görsel perspektifini belirleme

-Sitenin editoryal yapısını, resmi hizmetlere dair rehberliğin estetik bir dille anlatıldığı, sosyal etkinliklerin ise İstanbullu’ların kişisel tecrübelerine dayalı olarak sunmak olarak tasarlama

-Web tasarım, illüstrasyon ve tanıtım materyallerinin yaratıcı yönetimi

-Sitede içerisinde ziyaretçilerin, İstanbul’da yaşadıkları, düşündükleri, hizmet aldıkları ve yarattıkları dört ana yoldan, şehirdeki yolculuklarını takip etmeleri hedefleme

-KOSGEB Proje fonlama süreci ve sponsorlarla ilişkiler

-Ekip ile birlikte video, fotoğraf ve editöryal üretime dair konularını belirleme ve danışmanlıkları; Bir çok gönderinin video ve fotoğraf üretiminde bulunma

çalışmalarını yürüttüm.

As a general coordinator,

-I created the project from the beginning and created its textual and visual perspective.

-Designed the editorial structure to combine both aesthetic guidance for public services and subjective views about social events based on daily experiences of Istanbulites.

-Coordinated the creative direction of all the processes related to web design, illustration and advertisement materials.

-Aimed to create main categories of the web site that provides an experience, where its visitors follow the same pathways within the city; live, think, get service and create.

-Executed KOSGEB Project Funding processes and collaborated closely with sponsors.

-Supervised the editorial production team for handling inquiries video, photography and all the editorial production. Contributed to many video and photography production activities.
